Paypal is basically an online paymentsystem.

If you are not common with paypal, please visit their english site here
or other languages like German here .

It`s like a virtual online wallet for purchases on the interent.
You can transfer money from your housebank to your paypal account
or store credit card datas and do online shopping.
You pay with your mail adress you established on paypal.

 Thus are the benefits:
- for online shopping no other datas are needed except your mail adress
- no need to transmit credit card datas over the net, they are stored at paypal
- paypal accounts can be funded via housebank or credit card
(this means nobody is forced to have a credit card for online shopping)
- shops like this can accept credit cards without storing your datas

How does Paypal Payment work on this Shop ?

In short: via handshake.

Let`s assume you like to download some music in MP3 format:

After you finished filling your basket with desired files,
you come to the point of checking out (check out) in order to pay.

The shop will lead you then to the (English) paypal site
and you confirm the payment within your account.

Paypal sends you back to the shop via a button,
`telling` the shop, O.K. the payment was done
and you see a `Thank You` message.

Now the shop is informed by paypal the payment was done,
the shop immediately sends you the download link via mail.
At the same time you are back to the shop you can check your mail box
for the download.

Few clicks, no waiting, no hussles, just instant download.

If you have a German account, simply change after check out
the paypal adress from paypal.com to paypal.de ...
If you have a Spanish account, simply change after check out
the paypal adress from paypal.com to paypal.es ...

The same procedure happens with ordering a retail CD,
except the delivery will take it`s time to have you getting the CD at home.
The payment is done and the shop is informed by paypal.
